S.
Gray
Adjunct
Bio

Gray teaches first-year writing, often through a subject most New Yorkers can connect with, the city and the subway. By writing through subjects that we know, students can tackle the goals of academic writing and be prepared for other courses at John Jay and in one’s career. Whether as a forensic psychologist reporting on research and interviews, or a toxicologist writing up a report, or an I.T. professional preparing a systems security memo (all of these areas have majors at John Jay), clear and concise writing is a must and will benefit any profession and “real life”!
