Herb Johnson  is the Director of the Security Management Institute (Office of Graduate and Professional Studies) at John Jay College of Criminal Justice/CUNY.   His training areas of interest are private security, workplace violence, human relations and cultural/diversity competency.  He is an adjunct lecturer with the African American Studies Department where he teaches an Ethnic Studies course titled Race and American Society: The African American Experience.
